Ingredients

Sabrini Samosa8-10 nos
Curd2 cups
Water3cups
Turmeric powder 1tsp
SaltTo taste
Gram flour8 tbsp
Onion slice1 cup
Ginger chopped1 tbsp
Garlic chopped1 tbsp
Methi seeds¼ tsp
Oil2 tbsp + for deep fry
Mustard seeds½ tsp
Cumin powder1 tsp
Red chilli dry2-3
hing½ tsp

 

Method

In a bowl Add curd and whisk it well until smooth. Add in the gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and mix well. Add water and mix.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, methi seeds, cumin seeds hing and dry red chilli and sauté for ½ mint
Add in chopped, ginger, garlic and green chilli and sauté well.
Then add in sliced onion and sauté well. Until golden brown.
Add in the curd mixture and stir well. Add water and simmer on a low flame.
Meanwhile preheat the oven at 200 degree. Thaw the samosa in the microwave for 2 mints and then place the samosa on the baking tray brush little oil on each samosa and bake it for 20-25mint.
Now check the kadhi and add in the chopped coriander and stir. Remove the samosa and lightly press it. Place it in the serving bowl and pour the kadhi over it
Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve hot.
