Ingredients
| Carrot peeled and grated | 1kg |
| Khoya | 2cup |
| ghee | 250grms |
| sugar | 1cup |
| Almond blanched and chopped | 2tbsp |
| Cashewnut choped | 2tbsp |
| Cardamom powder | ½ tsp |
| Sliver leaves | 2pcs |
Method:-
1.In a wok pour ghee and heat.
2. Add grated carrots and saute on low flame until the carrots are soft, this would take about 15 minutes.
3. Now add sugar and cook until the sugar is complete dissolved.
4. Now add the khoya and cook until the khoya melts and the mixture turns into a halwa, this would take about 20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle cardamom powder and chopped nuts.
6. Portion into individual bowls and top up with the silver leaves(varq).
7. Serve warm.
