| maize flour | 1 1/2 cups |
| ghee | 3/4 cup |
| slivered almonds | 1/2 cup |
| semolina | 2 tbsp |
| wheat flour | 2 tbsp |
| sugar | 1/2 cup |
| grated khoya | 1 cup |
Method
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan. Add almonds and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add semolina, wheat flour and mix well. Add maize flour and sauté for 8-10 minutes till golden.
- Add sugar, khoya, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
